I return again and again to horizons, water and reflected light. Sometimes the landscape remains recognisable; elsewhere it dissolves into colour, gesture and atmosphere.
Across these works, painted over several years, the horizon becomes less a boundary than a shifting space between what is seen, remembered and imagined.
